An online summit in celebration of more modern ways of working

The world has shifted considerably in the way we work. Thousands of people have now been set up to work from home. This happened very quickly.

Workarama is an online summit of conversations and ideas to show businesses and individuals how they can make these changes in a more permanent way and how to ensure that employees can thrive in this new way of working.

The rise of self-employment and changing requirements from employees have seen an increase in demand for agile working.

Workarama was designed to highlight, showcase and celebrate these changes, explore the possibilities for us all, and support our local economy to realise the potential for real changes to the way we live and work. Let’s throw out the old workstyle rule book and start re-inventing it to suit us all. With the impact of COVID-19 on working practices, this is even more relevant and Workarama will be a celebration of more modern ways of working.

Workarama is an online summit of conversations and ideas to show businesses and individuals how they can make these changes in a more permanent way and how to ensure that employees can thrive in this new way of working.
